Service Description
Program Details 14 structured training days. 3 per week totaling 14 sessions (about 3½ weeks) Location: A Pup's Life Training Facility Killeen TX Goal: Skills trained through the Generalization Phase meaning your dog can perform cues reliably. Core Skills: • Name & Marker work • Sit / Down / Stay (implied) • Place • Let’s Go & Loose-Leash Walking • Leave It • Watch (This or That) for focus • Recall (“Come”) • Free / Release • Beginner Crate / Settle
Cancellation Policy
Program Details: This package includes two (2) weeks of training, Monday through Friday, with two-hour sessions each day. Training focuses on foundational obedience, manners, and communication skills between you and your puppy. Scheduling: Clients may select a start date within one (1) month of payment. Once scheduled, the two-week program must be completed as arranged. Rescheduling is allowed one time within that same one-month period, based on trainer availability. Payment & Refunds: Full payment is required to reserve your spot. Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of trainer cancellation or emergencies preventing completion of the program. Refunds will not be issued for missed or unused sessions. Attendance & Cancellations: Regular attendance is essential for progress. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session will be forfeited. If the trainer must cancel due to weather or illness, a make-up session will be arranged at no extra charge. Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to arrive on time with the puppy, proper leash, collar/harness, and treats. Homework and continued practice are vital between sessions. While every effort will be made to help your puppy succeed, results depend on owner consistency, and no specific behavioral outcomes are guaranteed. Health & Safety: All puppies must be current on vaccinations and in good health. The trainer may refuse or pause sessions if illness or aggression poses safety concerns. Clients are responsible for informing the trainer of any behavioral or health issues prior to training. Liability: Participation in dog training involves inherent risks. The trainer is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to persons, property, or animals during or after training. The client accepts full responsibility for their puppy’s actions at all times. Media Release (Optional): By enrolling, the client grants permission for photos or videos of the puppy to be used for training or promotional purposes unless declined in writing. Agreement: Payment and scheduling confirm that the client has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
